BPOM (the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority) holds a crucial role in overseeing the circulation of drugs and food in Indonesia. In carrying out these duties, BPOM is required to possess effective communication skills.
BPOM collaborated with The Bridge Academy to conduct an Advocacy Communication Techniques Training at the Aryaduta Hotel Jakarta, aiming to mobilize stakeholders within BPOM to achieve even more optimal performance.
In this training, led by Mrs. Dinda and Mrs. Lismaryanti, several topics within the scope of advocacy communication techniques were discussed, including understanding service excellence, effective communication skills, professional grooming, and how to handle customer complaints.
Through this training, relevant employees can better understand effective communication techniques, how to present themselves appropriately to influence the public to consume safe drugs and food, and strategies to address complaints more effectively.
