Leading up to the anticipated surge in transportation traffic ahead of Eid al-Fitr 2025, Angkutan, Sungai, Danau dan Pelabuhan (ASDP) Indonesia Ferry collaborated with The Bridge Academy to hold a SeBBar (Senin Belajar Bareng – Monday Learning Together) Seminar titled “Customer Experience Power: Elevate Satisfaction, Loyalty, & Business Growth” on Monday, March 17, 2025. The seminar was attended by 388 participants from across Indonesia. SeBBar is a routine program by PT ASDP aimed at expanding the knowledge and enhancing the competencies of ASDP employees and stakeholders, known as Ferizyans.

In this interactive and insightful training, The Bridge Academy discussed the service journey by highlighting the touchpoints ASDP has in its interactions with customers. Furthermore, The Bridge Academy provided complaint handling strategies and encouraged ASDP to establish service standards at each touchpoint with the goal of achieving service excellence.

Through this training, it is hoped that Ferizyans can absorb the knowledge and apply it to improve service quality and excellence at ASDP for customers using ASDP’s services, ultimately driving sustainable business growth.
