The LIFO® (Life Orientations) Method training provided by The Bridge Academy Team has assisted Customs officers in managing work pressure, establishing a stronger foundation for self-understanding, and navigating workplace dynamics.

With a comprehensive approach, this training not only covered communication and management but also self-awareness, team management, and effective delivery techniques.

Participants now have greater confidence in completing tasks more effectively, enhancing communication, and building empathy within the work environment. This training has instilled a renewed enthusiasm for work and is highly recommended for further development according to organizational needs.

The Soft Skills Enhancement Training for the Customs Contact Center Team has also significantly impacted the communication skills of the Bravo Customs Team in their interactions with customers. This aligns with the primary focus of the training, which is to improve communication techniques by being calmer and fully present (mindful) in every contact center interaction.
