The Graha Husada Hospital team has completed the public training program “Elevate Your Service Impact” with The Bridge Academy, designed to strengthen Service Mindset, implement Service Excellence, and manage patient experience more holistically.
In this training, participants not only learned how to provide the best service in every interaction but also how to manage crises by applying the Service Recovery Paradox concept.
