Following the “Implementation of Hospitality and Work Culture” training, healthcare professionals including doctors, midwives, and nurses within the East Jakarta Health Sub-agency environment demonstrated significant changes in their service delivery.

This effort was undertaken to ensure that the community can experience the best possible service, reflecting the healthcare professionals’ commitment to continuously applying hospitality principles within the East Jakarta Health Sub-agency (Sudinkes) environment.

This training was attended by healthcare professionals from Budhi Asih Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Cipayung Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Matraman Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Duren Sawit Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Ciracas General Hospital (RSU), and others under the auspices of the East Jakarta Health Sub-agency.
