The Bridge Academy - April 10, 2025

Participants from Indofood attended a public training titled “Elevate Your Service Experience” with The Bridge Academy, an intensive program providing insights into essential skills for building a strong and consistent service mindset.

Throughout the training, participants learned about the application of Service Excellence, Service Leadership, Complaint Handling, Emotional Intelligence, and resilience. They were trained to understand and implement high service standards, as well as how to manage the customer experience holistically.

Furthermore, participants were taught how to navigate crisis situations using the Service Recovery Paradox approach, which transforms challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

This training encourages participants to be more responsive, solution-oriented, and capable of delivering optimal service in every customer interaction. Following the training, participants are better prepared to face various situations with a proactive attitude and provide exceptional customer experiences.
