In this era of digital disruption, BPOM (the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority) faces challenges in communicating with different generational segments, namely Generations X, Y, and Z. Different generations naturally require different communication methods or strategies.

In this training, BPOM was equipped with effective communication techniques tailored to each generation. One of these techniques involved presenting one’s voice effectively during communication. Through this training, BPOM gained a better understanding and mastery of communication strategies for each distinct generation.
