In an effort to boost local industry, KADIN (the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) of West Java collaborated with The Bridge Academy to provide premier training for 350 women entrepreneurs.
This training aimed to enhance the entrepreneurs’ ability to manage customer experience using online interactions. Together, we are driving the local industry by transforming the concept of hospitality into a sales force to foster sustainable local business growth.
