XL Axiata, a leading player in Indonesia’s telecommunications industry, consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction through excellent service. To ensure their Customer Relation Representatives (CRRs) possess exceptional communication and hospitality skills, they conducted the “Service Excellent Mindset,” “Effective Communication,” and “Emotional Intelligence” training programs in September and October 2023.

These programs equipped XL Axiata’s CRRs to communicate effectively and project contagious enthusiasm while serving customers across all XL Center branches in Indonesia.
