In 2023, The Bridge Academy was selected as a business consultant for PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri (Eiger). Eiger entrusted The Bridge Academy to provide guidance on strategic business aspects and operational service performance, such as creating consistent and impressive service standards across all their national branch stores. Involving nearly 1500 employees from diverse backgrounds, we assisted Eiger in designing friendly and professional customer interaction processes and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience with every visit.

The Bridge Academy also assisted in the implementation of the CSE program at Eiger. The Bridge Academy has supported Eiger from the most fundamental processes or stages in building and enhancing customer experience, which is helping to redefine and set up the CX journey from the beginning. Consequently, Eiger successfully increased its revenue by 28%. This increase was the highest revenue growth in the last three years. Eiger’s Customer Satisfaction Index also experienced an increase.
