G4S is the world’s largest security services provider, headquartered in London. G4S offers security, risk management, and cash transportation services.
Through a tender process, The Bridge Academy was appointed as a consultant and trainer for the G4S Cash Services Indonesia Team to transform their field team into friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Center (CSC) officers.
This consultation and training program served as a pilot project for all G4S teams globally. The Bridge Academy successfully assisted G4S in establishing a 24-hour operating CSC service. Furthermore, The Bridge Academy played a role in developing service standards and shifting the mindset and behavior of their entire field team to a higher level, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
