PT KAI Pariwisata (KAI Wisata) is a subsidiary of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) recognized as a pioneer in railway-based tourism in Indonesia and a well-established organization within the Indonesian tourism industry.
The Bridge Academy was given the opportunity to provide training to all 50 agents of the KAI Wisata 121 Contact Center. This training aimed to enhance the customer experience for KAI Wisata customers. All participants were equipped with knowledge and insights related to service mindset, service excellence, effective communication skills, and complaint handling.
