Service Beyond Expectations: United Tractors Contact Center Empowerment

United Tractors (Astra Group) partnered with The Bridge Academy to conduct a Contact Center Development Program using the LIFO® Method for the United Tractors Team.

This training provided new insights into understanding more effective communication and teamwork styles. Through the Life Orientations (LIFO®) approach, the United Tractors Team learned to understand individual behavioral preferences and how to adjust communication strategies for optimal customer handling.

Through interactive sessions and case studies, the United Tractors Contact Center Team was strengthened with techniques to enhance collaboration, communication effectiveness, and skills in resolving customer service challenges. With the implementation of the LIFO® method, it is expected that the United Tractors Contact Center Team can be more adaptive in providing solutions and creating better and more sustainable customer experiences.
