Enhancing Soft Skills in Service Management and Communication at IPB
The Bridge Academy’s training on “Soft Skills in Service Management and Communication using the LIFO® Method” provided students at the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) with a profound understanding of the importance of interpersonal skills in professional service.
Through interactive sessions, they learned effective communication techniques and how to build harmonious relationships. The practical approach employed helped participants hone their leadership, problem-solving, and user-needs-based service skills.
Participants are now more confident in tackling communication challenges, capable of resolving conflicts more wisely, and adept at creating more professional and friendly experiences.
