The Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla RI) partnered with The Bridge Academy to conduct training on the “Maritime Security and Safety Service and Information Center” for approximately 20 team leaders and agents of Bakamla RI at The Grand Mansion Menteng Hotel in Jakarta.
This training provided in-depth insights into enhancing service quality and responsiveness to various situations within the maritime security sector. Bakamla RI leaders and agents gained strategic understanding of effective communication, information management, and how to address various challenges in delivering responsive and accurate services.
Through interactive training sessions, leaders and agents were equipped with the skills to better manage the service center, strengthen team coordination, and ensure that all information provided to the public and relevant parties can be conveyed clearly and accurately. It is hoped that this training will further strengthen professionalism in safeguarding Indonesia’s maritime safety and security.
