The Contact Center for the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu), also known as Kemenkeu Prime, plays a crucial role in providing information and support services to the public and stakeholders regarding the Ministry’s policies and services.

The Kemenkeu Prime Contact Center Team partnered with The Bridge Academy to conduct “Basic Training for the Kemenkeu Prime Contact Center.” Through this training, the Kemenkeu Prime Contact Center Team became more capable of communicating effectively when interacting with customers.

Through simulations and direct practice, participants became better prepared to handle various types of questions and complaints more quickly and accurately. This training provided a strong foundation in customer service, strengthened the quality of services provided to the public, and prepared the team for greater challenges in the future.
