They were trained to understand and implement high service standards, as well as how to manage the customer experience holistically.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:197\">Furthermore, participants were taught how to navigate crisis situations using the Service Recovery Paradox approach, which transforms challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:308\">This training encourages participants to be more responsive, solution-oriented, and capable of delivering optimal service in every customer interaction.
