Through the Life Orientations (LIFO\u00ae) approach, the United Tractors Team learned to understand individual behavioral preferences and how to adjust communication strategies for optimal customer handling.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:439\">Through interactive sessions and case studies, the United Tractors Contact Center Team was strengthened with techniques to enhance collaboration, communication effectiveness, and skills in resolving customer service challenges.
