The event also features a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between COPC and The Bridge Academy Indonesia, further strengthening both parties&#8217; commitment to enhancing CX practices more comprehensively across Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:773\">Lismaryanti, S.K.M., M.M., CEO of The Bridge Academy, and Dr. Shreekant Vijaykar, President of COPC South Asia and ASEAN, served as keynote speakers at this conference.
