Pupuk Kaltim selected The Bridge Academy, in collaboration with Semesta Akademi, to assist in developing modules for a series of training sessions held in 2023. The Bridge Academy helped create approximately 24 training module titles for Pupuk Kaltim staff.

Through an experience-based approach and international standards, these modules not only provided a deep understanding of service excellence but also equipped participants with practical skills that can be directly applied in their daily operations.

As a result, the Pupuk Kaltim team became better prepared to face service challenges with more effective strategies, focused on customer satisfaction, and aligned with the company’s vision.
