Service Excellence & Handling Complaint – Direktorat PMPUPO BPOM Jakarta

This service excellence enhancement training, led by Mrs. Dinda and Mrs. Lismaryanti in Bandung, West Java, focused on service excellence, professional grooming, and handling customer complaints within the work environment of the Directorate of Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business Actors (PMPUPO) of BPOM, complete with role-playing exercises.

Through this training, participants were provided with tips, theories, and new knowledge regarding how to serve wholeheartedly. The participants also expressed hope and optimism about being able to provide more excellent public service in the future.
