Indonesia CX Summit 2025
The “Indonesia CX Summit: Advancing Customer Experience with Global Best Practices” event is designed to bring together CX leaders, industry experts, and senior decision-makers from various sectors to explore the future of customer experience in Indonesia.
This event focuses on how local businesses can adopt global CX standards to meet evolving customer expectations while addressing the increasingly competitive Indonesian market challenges. The event also features a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between COPC and The Bridge Academy Indonesia, further strengthening both parties’ commitment to enhancing CX practices more comprehensively across Indonesia.
