Effective Communication Skills for Contact Center

The Pelni Contact Center is collaborating with The Bridge Academy to deliver training that will transform how Pelni 162 Contact Center agents interact with customers, especially when managing passenger surges leading up to Eid al-Fitr (Lebaran).
