The LIFO® Method training provided by The Bridge Academy team made me and the team think outside the box. It made us think about how to be in others’ shoes and how to work better with others. The Trainer skilfully explained the different behavioural types and how they need different approaches. That information helped us really improve our communication skills including problem-solving, empathy and feeling fulfilled.
