The Bridge Academy ID is one of the two LIFO® (Life Orientations) Method Practitioners that are officially certified in Indonesia. For that, you will not find the training materials that we use in other training institutions.

Strength Management™️ with LIFO® Method

As one of the two official LIFO® Method Certified Practitioner in Indonesia, The Bridge Academy ID provides training programs for institutions, individuals and the public.

Our Strength Management™️ training is based on the LIFO® Method (Life Orientations Method) which has been tested for effectiveness in 30 countries for more than 50 years. This method was invented by Dr. Stuart Atkinz from the USA. This training focuses on STRENGTHS – namely the right strengths and behaviors for leaders, teams and individuals. It starts with recognizing the basic orientation of each person in life and work. This training offers learning strategies to increase personal productivity, increase influence on people who are considered important, and more effective teamwork.

During the training, participants will be given pragmatic ways to improve performance by utilizing the strengths possessed by each individual, as well as respecting the strengths of others, both in normal conditions and when facing pressure.

The teaching methodology of the LIFO® Method that we use is in the form of theoretical explanations, surveys, activity simulations, and discussions to accelerate the learning process to ensure a maximum learning process.

In relation to the field of Customer eXperience, the LIFO® Method teaches us to use appropriate behavior and communication styles in responding to customer needs in order to build good interactions and relationships with customers.
