The Bridge Academy ID is a training and consulting company with a focus on Customer eXperience. We are here to help businesses build and improve their Customer eXperience or what is known as CX. Through our training and consulting services based on scientific methods, we are ready to help you improve your Customer eXperience journey, both through call centers (telephone service methods) and contact centers (service method through various communication media, such as SMS, email, live chat, and social media). The Bridge Academy ID also organizes two certification programs, namely the CX Management certification program in collaboration with the Markplus Institute where you can learn about strategies to turn service activities into revenue for companies, and also the LIFO® Method training and certification program, for those of you who are interested in learning behaviour – based communication styles that can help you communicate more effectively and improve teamwork.
Since its inception year, The Bridge Academy ID has collaborated with Ministries, Institutions, BUMN, private and public companies. The achievements we have successfully made together with our clients include the establishment of “Halo KKP” call center for the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, assisting the preparation of “Halo BPOM” contact center agents to participate in prestigious competitions in the contact center industry, becoming a consultant in the establishment of the customer service of G4S Indonesia, a multinational company based in the UK, and select and train their field workers to become a professional customer service team.
