CX (Customer eXperience) Management Certification

The Bridge Academy ID collaborates with Markplus Institute to provide certification in the field of Customer eXperience Management. This certification is aimed at contact center leaders and entrepreneurs from various business backgrounds. Through this unique program, you can learn to apply Customer eXperience principles that are enriched with business, marketing and sales perspectives at every point in your customer journey.

The Strength Management™️ LIFO® Method -
Trainer Certification Programme

The Strength Management™️ LIFO® Method - Trainer Certification Programme ensures that you can competently teach all the concepts and facilitate all the learning activities.
This workshop will certify you to use the LIFO® Method, a foundational performance improvement method that provides strategies for greater personal productivity, increased influence with key people, and more effective teamwork. As part of the certification process, you will experience the learning activities as a participant and practise facilitating key components of the programme.

WHAT IS LIFO®?

LIFO® focuses on strengths – on what’s right about leaders, teams, and individuals. It provides pragmatic ways to enhance performance by letting individuals make the most of strengths they already possess and appreciate the strengths of others. LIFO® offers powerful learning strategies for greater personal productivity, increased influence with key people, and more effective teamwork.

Participants will learn how to:

  1. Facilitate three essential training modules:
    • Break the Productivity Barrier
    • Bridge the Communication Gap
    • Build Collaborative Teamwork
  2. Develop expertise in teaching the developmental strategies and utilizing the training  and coaching tools associated with the programme
  3. Be a coach and facilitator using the LIFO® Method to design and run a variety of programme
  4. Deliver the programme in a structured and effective manner
  5. Provide clear descriptions and several illustrations of each of the LIFE Orientations under both favourable and unfavourable conditions
  6. Map out an inventory on team strengths
